ROASTED AUTUMN FRUITS
A versatile dessert, which serves any number of people. It couldn’t be simpler, just gauge the amount of fruit for the number of servings.

Ingredients

Plums, halved and stoned
Damsons, halved and stoned
Eating apples, cored and sliced
Pineapple, cut into chunks
Raspberries
Peaches or nectarines, stoned and cut into thick slices
Runny honey
Butter

Method
Place a selection of autumn fruits, onto a baking tray lined with Bake-O-Glide. Drizzle with runny honey and dot with a little butter.

2, 3 and 4 oven Aga: Cook on the top set of runners in the Roasting Oven for 5-10 minutes until heated through and the juices are beginning to run.

Serve with ice cream or cream.

Conventional cooking: Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C, (400ºF) fan oven 180°C, Gas Mark 6 for 8-10 minutes until heated through and the juices are beginning to run.
